v.

GABRIEAL M. et al.,

Defendants and Appellants,

C047606

(Super. Ct. No. JD219324)

ORDER ON REHEARING

The sole remaining issue in this appeal, i.e., compliance with the Indian Child Welfare Act, has been resolved adversely to appellant by the decision in appellant’s subsequent appeal, case No. C047850, filed August 23, 2005. Having reviewed both the decision in case No. C047850 and the issue in this appeal, we conclude that application of law of the case is appropriate and will not result in an unjust decision. (People v. Medina (1972) 6 Cal.3d 484, 492; People v. Pacini (1981) 120 Cal.App.3d 877, 882-883.) Accordingly, the orders appealed from in case No. C047606 are affirmed.
